This page explains how Realty Rocket handles personal information and the key terms that apply to our services.
What we collect and why
We may collect:
- contact, enquiry, listing, and campaign details you provide;
- payment information handled by Stripe;
- website usage and device information; and
- interactions with Realty Rocket advertising where relevant to your campaign.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide and operate our services, process payments, improve our website and marketing, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Services and cookies
We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website, Google Analytics to understand website use, Stripe to process payments, and Meta to deliver and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Other trusted providers may help us host data, communicate, or deliver services.
Google Analytics may use cookies. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Storage and security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information and keep it only as long as needed for our services or legal obligations. Some providers may process information outside New Zealand under their own privacy safeguards.
Service terms
We prepare and manage real-estate advertising based on the package and information you provide. Work begins after payment is confirmed. Prices may change, but the price shown when you purchase applies to that order.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before campaign launch, we can provide a full refund through Stripe. After launch, service fees are generally non-refundable. Any exception depends on the work completed and advertising spend already committed.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, listing, and campaign information, hold the rights to any content you supply, and respond when we need clarification to launch your campaign.
Meta access
If your campaign uses your own Facebook assets, you must grant the required Meta Business permissions. You keep ownership of those assets and can revoke our access in Meta Business settings.
Your choices and rights
You can opt out of marketing emails by replying or contacting us. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you may ask to access or correct your personal information.
